Adelaide is Australia’s 5th largest city, located in the central coast of South Australia. The city was founded in 1836 and was predominantly a British settlement. The city was founded on progressive ideals around civil liberties that are core to the values of the city.

The city surrounds has a very long standing winemaking tradition, and with the wine comes the food. It should come as no surprise that the city is the home of Australia’s premier food and wine festival “Tasting Australia".
